Q1: Which player do i use

A1: We suggest Winamp to listen to CybaFm but of course you can tune in with your favorite media player

Q2: How do i tune in

A2: Choose a media player thats associated with your pc or mac (ie) you have it installed and working!. click on the player link you need and it will bring up a download box prompting you to either OPEN or SAVE. if you select OPEN with it will open and play in your chosen player. if you select SAVE it will save a file to your desktop. now right click on the file on your desktop and select open with. and open with your chosen player

Q3: How do use the online players

A3: To use the online windows media player you need to have windows media player installed on your pc or mac and because its windows it only works in internet Explorer. the online quicktime and flash player should work with most browsers
(when using the online players a new page will pop up keep this open to keep listening to the stream you can open a new page or tab but don't close it)

Q4: I have tuned into the 192k Stream/ 64k Stream but it keeps "buffering", why?

A4: A very small amount of buffering is normal, however if the buffering is frequent this is probably because your internet connection is not fast enough. Try listening to the next speed down eg. if you were on the 192 move down to the 64.

Q5: The chatroom wont let me in!

A5: you need the latest java plugin installed on your pc or mac or you can try our new online flash chatroom here. Alternatively if you prefer to install the chat software on your own pc & mac please download: colloquy For Mac or mirc For pc once you have install your chosen chat software please enter theses details to connect to the cybafm chatroom [irc.ircstorm.net:6667/cybafm]
